1bex Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1bex ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the 1bex website, mobile application, and all services provided through our platform.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the 1bex platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form part of the overall agreement between you and 1bex.

To use the 1bex platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above or the legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.

• One account per user: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 1bex. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login information confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• KYC Verification: A Know Your Customer (KYC) process is required prior to the first withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a national ID, driving licence or passport, and proof of current address.

• Bonus validity period: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

• All game results are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to our support team within 72 hours after the game ends.
• In the event of a technical fault or system disruption during a game, 1bex reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the user.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Opening or using more than one account on the 1bex platform.

• 1bex is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• 1bex's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• 1bex is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our control, including internet service disruptions, power outages or natural disasters.
• Users acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.

You may close your 1bex account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, ensure all remaining funds have been withdrawn — unclaimed balances will be held for the period specified by our policy.

1bex reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
